Litigation is at the core of our practice. We provide strategic representation in complex disputes, drawing on expertise in Somali law and a record of work across civil, commercial, property and criminal matters, for individuals, corporations and institutions.
Statutory law and customary practice operate side by side in Somalia, and a judgment is only useful if it can be enforced. We advise on both routes and say plainly when a negotiated outcome will serve the client better than a contested one.
