Who is responsible

What we collect

The appointment form collects your name, phone number, email address, the matter type you select, your preferred date and time, and the description you write. The form is not the place for confidential documents; the office will tell you how to deliver those.

Why we collect it

To respond to your request, arrange an appointment, and carry out the conflict check that must be completed before the firm can accept instructions.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to instructions are deleted once the conflict check and any follow-up are complete. Where the firm is instructed, the material becomes part of the client file and is retained for the period required by professional obligations.

Who sees it

Only the lawyers and staff of the firm, and the email provider hosting the firm's mailbox. Personal data is not sold and is not shared for marketing.

Your rights

You may ask what the firm holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where the firm is not required to keep it. Write to info@wehliyelawfirm.com. These rights are exercised under the Data Protection Act of 2023.
